– After School Program/Tutoring	3:00pm – 6:00pm

CALENDAR

Our regular program follows the Miami-Dade Schools Calendar. First day of school is August 17, 2023.

UNIFORMS

We have a mandatory uniform policy to simplify getting children ready for school. Children are required to wear polo shirts with the school’s emblem and beige bottom. Polo shirts may be purchased at school.

IMMUNIZATION RECORD

Every child must have an updated Immunization Record and Physical Exam at school before admittance to our program.

Families from overseas are advised to bring Immunization Record from their native country to have the proper certificate issued by a Florida physician.

ILLNESS

A child must stay home when he/she has symptoms of a contagious illness such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, heavy nasal discharge or persistent cough. If your child exhibits any of these while at school, you will be asked to pick him up immediately. We will not dispense any medication.

SCHOOL NEWSLETTER

Every month we will put out a newsletter informing you of the Learning Unit we will develop, upcoming events, things needed from home, and other relevant information in order for you to follow up on your child’s program. Parents may contact the school at any time for more information.

Conferences

Parents and teachers should meet at least twice a year to review the child’s progress. Parents may talk to the teacher or to the director if they feel the need to discuss the progress of behavior of their child anytime during the school year by setting an appointment.
